She’ll share bushels of information about various vegetable families as we prepare user-friendly recipes including Vegetable-Walnut Pâté; Lentil and Quinoa-stuffed Cabbage; Acorn Squash and Wild Rice Patties; Harvest Roasted Vegetables; and Sautéed Autumn Greens.
