We’ll make Grapefruit and Mascarpone Tart with Truffled Honey Glaze; Basil Goat Cheesecake with Fresh Strawberries and Port Sauce; Chocolate Syrah Cake with Macerated Strawberries and Mint Syrup; and Lemon Ricotta Cake with Homemade Rosemary Ice Cream and Sea Salt.
