For ages 12 to 15, without adult accompaniment. Making everyone’s favorite Japanese fast food from scratch not only makes it more nutritious, but also more delicious! We will mix, roll out and cut our own Soba Noodles and cook them in a simple chicken stock or miso broth. Then we will personalize our soups, using a variety of vegetables, condiments and optional chicken. The perfect dessert after eating ramen is the soft and chewy Chi Chi Dango Mochi (coconut rice squares), which we will make from scratch. Vegetarian, with optional poultry; no dairy or eggs.
