You will marvel at the simple, yet complex flavors in dishes such as Spaghetti with Spinach, Garlic and Olive Oil; Penne with Cream Sauce; Pasta with Eggplant, Mushrooms and Fresh Mozzarella; and Pasta with Cauliflower, Garlic and Parsley.
