In this fun workshop, you’ll get a comprehensive overview on soup making and tips on making basic stocks, then help prepare three delicious soups from Olaiya’s extensive recipe file. You’ll make Celery Apple Soup with Pecan and Celery Leaf Pistou; Apricot and Red Lentil Stew with optional Garlic Yogurt; and Swiss Chard Soup with Lemon-herb Crouton Jumble. Vegetarian, with optional dairy; no eggs. Class size limited to 14.
