Archana has devised a menu that offers quick and healthy takes on some Indian comfort classics that are easy to make on a busy weeknight. You’ll prepare Paneer Tikka Wraps with Cilantro Mint Chutney; Chana Masala — a hearty and protein-rich garbanzo bean stew perfect for fall nights; Haraa Kebabas (kebabs with potatoes, peas and spinach); and Sooji Kheer (semolina pudding), a classic comfort food eaten any time from breakfast to dessert. Vegetarian, with dairy; no eggs. Class size limited to 14.
