The newest restaurant, Agrodolce, is a casual and welcoming trattoria in the Fremont neighborhood, featuring Italian coastal cuisine. Chef Abby will lead you in making some of the unique dishes featured in the restaurant, such as Crostini with Anchovy, Raisin Compote, Fennel and Capers; Orange and Olive Salad with Ricotta and Bitter Greens; Grilled Albacore Tuna with Kale and Preserved Lemon; and Chocolate Sorbetto with Pistachios. With seafood and dairy; no eggs. Class size limited to 14.
