Tilth continues to delight its patrons with fresh, inventive New American cuisine prepared with certified organic or wild ingredients sourced from local farmers. Join Executive Chef Jason in making Smoked Salmon, Grilled Cucumber, Crème Fraiche and Dill; Heirloom Tomato Tartine with Scallions, Mozzarella Burrata and Olive Oil; and Seared Grass-fed Steak, Sweet Corn, Farro and Fresh Hot Peppers. Dessert is Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Pluots, Granola and Tarragon. With meat, seafood and dairy; no eggs. Class size limited to 14.
