Dinner time in Italy is special — time to reconnect around the family table, relax and enjoy home-style favorites. You will use Iole’s recipes over and over after seeing how easy they are to make, and perhaps start your own family mealtime traditions. She starts with her signature Greens Salad with Lemon Balsamic Dressing and follows with the main attraction of Baked Ziti with Braised Beef in Tomato Sauce with Fresh Mozzarella. Dessert is a light and lively Lemon Soufflé. With meat, dairy and eggs.
