As we explore the positive impact of local seasonal foods and how to incorporate them into meal plans, you’ll enjoy the bounty of Washington-grown foods with Sage-roasted Chicken with Apples and Onions; Farro Cornbread Stuffing; and Butternut Squash with Pumpkin Seed Pesto. Savor the sweet simplicity of Caramelized Almond Pears for dessert. With poultry, dairy and eggs.
