Dinner Events

The Basics of Cooking
Beginners and accomplished cooks alike learn useful tips, techniques and recipes in specialized classes from our instructors. You’ll get plenty of hands-on time, so bring an apron and join the fun!
The Main Course
This method, developed by The School of Natural Cookery in Boulder, Colo., offers specialized culinary training for any kind of diet and skill level. It demystifies cooking and gives you freedom, knowledge and confidence in the kitchen to cook without recipes, using intuition and improvisation to create enticing, balanced, nutritious meals. NEW THIS YEAR are hands-on sessions of Level I and II. After finishing Level I, you may take a separate hands-on class, and after finishing Level II, another one. Main Course students from previous years are welcome to take the appropriate level hands-on class. All classes are taught by Omid Roustaei.
