Tuscan Brussel Sprouts

Pretty good as long as you don't overcook the brussel sprouts. We substituted pine nuts and ground turkey (cuz it was in the fridge) for the hazel nuts. We also substituted balsamic vinegar for the lemon juice and added twice the fresh tomatoes. It reminded one of us of Mom's Hungarian Goulash from the 70s. It's a keeper!
