Former West Seattle PCC employee Heather McClung realized her dream of great hops and malt with the founding of local microbrewery Schooner EXACT. Along with her husband Matt McClung, they craft beer that is pure Northwest in character, as clean as a Cascade stream, with bright hops reminiscent of spruce and fir, and a rich, warm, agile maltiness.
The price of each bottle includes a $5.50 bottle deposit.

Heather and Matt,
You might want to reconsider describing your product as "clean as a Cascade stream". Folks familiar with WA back country know that these once pristine waters are today not unlikely to jolt you with an unpleasant round of giardia or other gastric distress...and many of these folks (me included) really enjoy good beer.
