Grocery Shopping Game from Healthier Choices Event at Meadowdale Elementary School in Lynnwood, Feb. 23, 2012.

TV chef Graham Kerr (formerly The Galloping Gourmet) suggests a shopping game that involves children in the process so they're more likely to enthusiastically eat fruits and vegetables. Co-sponsored by Swedish/Edmonds and the Edmonds School District with support from PCC Natural Markets and other local merchants, Healthier Choices features cooking demonstrations and nutrition advice from registered dietitians.

The next Healthier Choices events are scheduled for:

  • Thursday, March 15
  • Saturday, April 28
