Jazz Apples
Jazz Apples are a late season variety that is a hybrid of a Gala and Braeburn apple. While they are fine for cooking, I think they are at their best eaten just as they are. They have a candy like, sweet-tart flavor and are one of the crunchiest apples on the market.

JAZZ Apples
Enjoyed your quick-bite on the apples. But missed any mention of Jazz apples. THese are my current favorite. Where would they fit on your chart?
