Whipped Tofu Crème Topping
Yield: 1 and 1/2 cups
This recipe is:

Corn-free
Dairy-free
Egg-free
Gluten-free

Wheat-free
Ingredients
- 1 package of silken style extra firm tofu* (1 pound) Add to list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Add to list
- 2 to 4 tablespoons honey, maple or other sweetener (such as frozen apple juice concentrate or brown rice syrup) Add to list
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cardamom Add to list
Preparation
Blend thoroughly in blender or food processor
*Use of other styles will work, but will not be as velvety smooth, fluffy or creamy.
