Whipped Coconut Cream
This recipe is:

Use this whipped cream in the recipe for Kao Neow Tua Dam Kluy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk Add to list
- 1/4 cup sugar Add to list
- 1/4 cup rice flour Add to list
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt Add to list
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Whip over medium heat until thickened (almost like a whipped cream texture), about 3 minutes.
