Vanilla-Cinnamon Cream

Use this cream in the recipe for Divalicious Carrot Cake.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound soft silken tofu Add to list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice Add to list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Add to list
- Pinch of salt Add to list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Add to list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted Add to list
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and then chill before serving.
