PCC Tofu Spread with Capers

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound extra firm tofu, crumbled Add to list
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat Vegenaise Add to list
- 2 tablespoons capers Add to list
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes Add to list
- 2 tablespoons dried chives Add to list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Add to list
- 1 teaspoon salt Add to list
- 1 teaspoon black pepper Add to list
- 1 teaspoon dill weed Add to list
Preparation
Blend everything together in a food processor until well mixed.
