Toasted Pine Nuts
Serves: Makes 1/2 cup

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325° F. Place 1/2 cup pine nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully; these nuts can burn quickly once they are toasted.
Another way to toast the nuts is to heat a heavy skillet over medium heat, add nuts and stir until toasted.
