Prep time: 5 minutes
Use this sauce in the recipe for Chickpea, Coconut and Squash Curry.
In the bowl of a food processor, add the tamarind concentrate, water, cilantro (stems and leaves), jalapeño, honey, salt and pepper. Process to a semi-smooth sauce. Taste for seasoning. Serve with Chickpea, Coconut and Squash Curry.
