Tamarind Sauce

Use this sauce in the recipe for Chickpea, Coconut and Squash Curry.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tamarind concentrate Add to list
- 1/2 cup water Add to list
- 1 bunch cilantro Add to list
- 1 jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed Add to list
- 1 teaspoon honey Add to list
- Salt and pepper, to taste Add to list
Preparation
In the bowl of a food processor, add the tamarind concentrate, water, cilantro (stems and leaves), jalapeño, honey, salt and pepper. Process to a semi-smooth sauce. Taste for seasoning. Serve with Chickpea, Coconut and Squash Curry.
