Warm, nutty, spicy — what’s not to love?
Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread walnuts in a single layer on a small baking sheet. Bake until hot, lightly browned and fragrant, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove walnuts from oven. While still hot, toss on the baking sheet with the butter, sugar, salt, curry powder, cinnamon and cayenne. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Serve warm.
