Sweet and Spicy Curried Walnuts

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound whole walnuts Add to list
- 3 tablespoons butter Add to list
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar Add to list
- Kosher salt Add to list
- About 2 teaspoons curry powder Add to list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon Add to list
- Pinch cayenne pepper Add to list
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread walnuts in a single layer on a small baking sheet. Bake until hot, lightly browned and fragrant, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove walnuts from oven. While still hot, toss on the baking sheet with the butter, sugar, salt, curry powder, cinnamon and cayenne. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Serve warm.
