Fresh Strawberries Layered with Greek-style Yogurt and Honey
It doesn't get any more simple then this - fresh strawberries layered with thick yogurt and sweet honey.
Divide 1 cup sliced berries between 4 parfait glasses or serving bowls. Divide 1 cup yogurt between the 4 dishes and drizzle with half the honey. Distribute remaining berries over yogurt and honey. Top with remaining yogurt and finish with a drizzle of honey.
You may sprinkle with a crunchy topping such as granola, toasted almonds or sunflower seeds.
