Fresh Strawberries Layered with Greek-style Yogurt and Honey

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries Add to list
- 2 cups Greek-style yogurt (Greek Gods is a delicious local brand) Add to list
- 1/4 cup raw honey (fireweed has a great wild taste) Add to list
Preparation
Divide 1 cup of sliced berries between 4 parfait glasses or serving bowls. Divide 1 cup of the yogurt between the 4 dishes and drizzle with half of the honey. Distribute the rest of the berries over the yogurt and honey. Top with the rest of the yogurt and finish with a drizzle of honey. You may sprinkle with a crunchy topping such as granola, toasted almonds or sunflower seeds.
