Preparation

Preheat oven to 325° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper; lightly coat with oil.

Melt honey, butter, garam masala, sesame seeds and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add almonds and stir to coat.

Spread almond mixture on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes; cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Each serving: 250 cal, 19g fat (2g sat), 5mg chol, 240mg sodium, 16g carb, 4g fiber, 8g protein
