Extraordinary smoothies

Clean, bright flavors are what make smoothies and juices so refreshing — they're the perfect thing for when you want to "cleanse."

The recipes are simple and forgiving — you can add pretty much any ingredient you like — so get creative! Try coconut milk or almond milk, experiment with different berries, add a banana for thickness, and try throwing in a handful of spinach or kale to pack an even greater nutritional punch (you won't taste it). You may wish to add a scoop of a "greens" powder carried at PCC.

Some recipes require a juicer, but a good old-fashioned blender will work just fine for most. Here are some ideas to get you started.
