Ingredients
- 4 cups bite-size pieces of grapefruit Add to list
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar Add to list
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice Add to list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt Add to list
- 1 tablespoon sliced lemongrass Add to list
- 3 Kaffir lime leaves or 1 tablespoon lime zest Add to list
- 1 cup mint leaves, chopped Add to list
Preparation
Place grapefruit pieces in a salad bowl; sprinkle with sugar, lime juice and salt, and stir well. Chill for 30 minutes or serve right away. Before serving, add lemongrass, lime leaves or zest and mint and stir gently.
