Tropical Blueberry Smoothie

This healthy treat takes advantage of PCC’s first batch of organically grown, local blueberries.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh, organic blueberries Add to list
- 1 banana Add to list
- 8 ounces fat-free vanilla yogurt Add to list
- 2 tablespoons pineapple-orange juice Add to list
- 6 to 10 ice cubes Add to list
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy.
