Simmering Facial Steam
This is refreshing and tingly at any time, but particularly nice if your sinuses are hurting or your head feels stuffy.
Put water, herb or essential oil in a saucepan on the stove. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Add water as necessary.
For facial steam: Do as above, remove pan from heat after simmering five minutes. Place on a hot pad. Create a tent by putting a towel over your head, put face over pan and breathe in steam. Keep eyes closed!
