Purple and other spring-colored radishes make a light, French-inspired appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound small radishes, scrubbed and trimmed Add to list
  • Several tablespoons coarse sea salt Add to list
  • Several tablespoons unsalted grass-fed butter Add to list

Preparation

Place radishes in a small serving dish. Have unsalted butter and coarse sea salt in separate dishes on the side.

To serve, have guests spread each radish with some butter and a sprinkle of sea salt before popping it in their mouth.
