A delicious southern U.S. vegetable recipe — please don't make fun of the simplicity of the dish — the colors and flavors are wonderful together :)
Ingredients
- Sweet yellow organic corn kernels, frozen (or canned) Add to list
- Okra, frozen (whole or sliced) Add to list
- 20-ounce can of organic tomatoes Add to list
- Salt and pepper Add to list
Preparation
Cook the corn and okra in a large pot for 6 or 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Eat!
