Ice Cream Bread

This recipe may sound crazy but it really works! It's so easy that anyone can make it. It's fun to do with kids, too! You can use any flavor of ice cream, but make sure it's not low fat or nonfat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ice cream (I like vanilla and lemon) Add to list
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour Add to list
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Stir together softened ice cream and flour, just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and lightly floured 8×4-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from the pan, and cool on a wire rack.
