Chia Seeds

This makes a delicious winter or summer breakfast treat. Plus, chia seeds are full of energy.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds Add to list
- 3 to 4 ounces water or milk Add to list
- Sliced apples, bananas, or berries Add to list
- 1 tablespoon Nutiva Hempseed Add to list
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste Add to list
Preparation
Soak chia seeds for 5 minutes in hot or cold water or milk.
Add sliced fruit, hempseed, and honey or syrup, and dig in!
