Sesame Seared Wild Alaskan Halibut
Serves: 4

Dairy-free
Egg-free
Peanut-free
Tree nut-free
Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets, about 4 to 6 ounces each, skin on Add to list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce Add to list
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds Add to list
- Finely sliced green onion Add to list
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Place the fillets in a parchment-lined baking dish. Brush with the soy sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Roast for 15 to 17 minutes or until the halibut is just opaque through. (Don't overcook!) Garnish with sliced green onion.
