Sautéed String Beans with Green Onions and Radishes

This simple summer recipe highlights the fresh flavors of locally grown string beans, green onions and radishes.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Add to list
- 3/4 pound organic string beans, trimmed Add to list
- 8 organic green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths Add to list
- 8 organic radishes, cut into wedges Add to list
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper Add to list
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add green beans and cook, tossing frequently, until just beginning
Add green onions and radishes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, tossing frequently, until scallions soften and string beans are crisp-tender, 1 to 2 minutes more.
