Grilled Spicy Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Add to list
- 1 teaspoon lime juice Add to list
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil Add to list
- 1 teaspoon chile pepper flakes Add to list
- 1/4 cup chopped kaffir lime or Thai basil leaves Add to list
- 18 fresh shiitake mushrooms, wiped clean with damp towel and stems removed Add to list
- 6 bamboo skewers, soaked in warm water for at least 30 minutes Add to list
Preparation
Combine salt, lime juice, oil, chile pepper flakes and kaffir lime or Thai basil. Add shiitake mushrooms and mix well.
Thread 3 shiitake mushrooms on each skewer. Grill 1 minute on each side or until soft and tender.
