When it comes to sandwiches, let your tastes guide you, and remember to include a variety of textures, one main standout flavor, and a good balance of dry and moist ingredients.

2 SANDWICH SUGGESTIONS:
Try an Italian-inspired Caprese sandwich with roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil on a bolo roll.
Or pile thinly sliced roast beef, caramelized onions and arugula on a toasted baguette.
