Salsa Verde

Use this salsa in the recipe for Grilled Tender Sliced Sirloin Beef with Salsa Verde.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup parsley Add to list
- 20 basil leaves Add to list
- 20 mint leaves Add to list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Add to list
- 1 tablespoon capers Add to list
- 2 anchovy fillets Add to list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil Add to list
- Salt and pepper Add to list
Preparation
Place ingredients in food processor and pulse into a thick paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. You might add more anchovy, capers, Dijon or mint to make a more tangy sauce. It should be lively and have a salty, herbaceous tang.
