Salmon Rubbed with Madrasi Masala Paste

Ingredients
- Large salmon fillet (36 ounces or 6, 6-ounce portions) Add to list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Add to list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro Add to list
- 2 tablespoons Madrasi Masala Paste Add to list
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Make certain pin bones are removed from salmon fillet. Rub fillet with Madrasi Masala Paste, place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with oil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
