Room Sprays

Spritz a bit when you need a quick pick-me-up.
Ingredients
Citrusy-Sweet Spray
- 2 drops lemon oil Add to list
- 2 drops sweet orange oil Add to list
- 2 drops Clary sage oil Add to list
- 4 drops lavender oil Add to list
Relaxation Spray
- 4 drops Clary sage oil Add to list
- 2 drops sandalwood oil Add to list
- 2 drops patchouli oil Add to list
- 2 ounces distilled water Add to list
Winter Room Refreshing Spray
- 2 drops lemon oil Add to list
- 2 drops bergamot orange oil Add to list
- 2 drops frankincense oil Add to list
- 4 drops lavender oil Add to list
- 2 ounces distilled water Add to list
Candy Cane
- 10 drops peppermint oil Add to list
- 2 ounces distilled water Add to list
Evergreen/Christmas Tree
- 10 drops pine oil, spruce oil or fir oil (or try blending 2 or 3 of these oils together) Add to list
- 2 ounces distilled water Add to list
Gingerbread
- 2 drops clove oil Add to list
- 3 drops ginger oil Add to list
- 2 drops cinnamon oil Add to list
- 1 drop orange oil Add to list
- 2 ounces distilled water Add to list
Preparation
Mix oils and water in a spray bottle. Shake vigorously and mist throughout the air as needed.
Notes
While these blends are best used as an air freshener they can be used on sheets, towels or other fabric. However it's important to note that some essential oils can stain fabric and/or dissolve varnish on finished-wood surfaces.
