- 6 cups brown or white rice flour, or mixed Add to list
- 2 cups potato starch Add to list
- 1 cup tapioca flour Add to list
- 1 or 2 teaspoons xanthan or guar gum per cup of flour blend* Add to list
Preparation
* For muffins, cakes or cookies, add 1 teaspoon xanthan or guar gum for each cup of flour blend. For breads or pizza, add 2 teaspoons xanthan or guar gum per cup of flour blend.
