Rainbow Chard Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bunch rainbow chard Add to list
- 1 tablespoon honey Add to list
- 1/4 cup olive oil Add to list
- 1/4 cup red wine Add to list
- 1/4 cup orange juice Add to list
- Salt and pepper, to taste Add to list
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts Add to list
- 1/2 cup raisins Add to list
Preparation
Slice chard into ribbons. Whisk together honey, oil, wine and orange juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss chard with dressing, walnuts and raisins.
