Serves: 6 to 8
This is a perfect fresh-from-the-garden appetizer. The olive oil and salt mellow the bite of the radishes.
Combine radishes, olive oil, salt and green onions just before serving.
Place bread slices on a cookie sheet and toast in a preheated 425º F oven, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn each piece and toast for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Pile radish mixture on toasted baguette slices and serve.
Each serving: 93 cal, 0.7g fat (0g sat), 0mg chol, 226mg sodium, 18.2g carb, 1g fiber, 3.8g protein
