Radish and Cucumber Salad

Try this salad with Chilled Summer Borscht.
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 radishes, diced Add to list
- 1/4 cup diced English cucumber Add to list
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives Add to list
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill Add to list
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar Add to list
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil Add to list
- Salt to taste Add to list
Preparation
Toss all ingredients together.
Notes
You may add 1 teaspoon of horseradish if you like!
