Creamy Tofu Tomato Soup

This rich bisque is a vegan version of classic cream of tomato soup.



Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.

Heat in a small saucepan on low for about 5 minutes, or until piping hot. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
