Quick Chicken Roll-ups

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 ounces cooked chicken breast or thigh, shredded Add to list
- 1/2 avocado, sliced Add to list
- 1/2 cup sprouts of choice Add to list
- 2 to 4 thin slices of red onion Add to list
- 2 to 4 tablespoons prepared salsa Add to list
- 2 warm whole wheat tortillas or chapatis Add to list
Preparation
On a flat surface, layer half of each ingredient in the middle of one tortilla, leaving about one inch of the tortilla edges exposed.
Fold the left and right edges of the tortilla to partially cover the filling.
Roll the bottom edge over the filling toward the top. Repeat with the other tortilla and remaining ingredients.
