Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 pounds boneless shoulder roast Add to list
- 2 to 3 crushed garlic cloves Add to list
- 1 onion, quartered Add to list
- 3 cups water Add to list
- 1 jar Bone Sucking (BBQ) Sauce (available at PCC Natural Markets) Add to list
- Salt and pepper to taste Add to list
Preparation
Combine ingredients and simmer in a covered pan or crock pot at 375° F until tender, approximately 4 to 6 hours.
When done, remove from liquid and let cool. Pull pork apart and add more Bone Sucking Sauce.
Serve on a bun with cole slaw, and potato or macaroni salad on the side.
