Prik See Ew (Spicy Soy Sauce)

Thais use Prik See Ew as Americans use salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce Add to list
- 2 Thai chiles or jalapeño pepper, sliced Add to list
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced Add to list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar Add to list
- 1 lime, sliced Add to list
Preparation
Stir soy sauce, chiles, garlic and sugar together in a small bowl and place the lime slices in the middle. Use this spicy soy sauce for seasoning.
