Pomegranate Wasabi Glaze

Use this glaze in the recipe for Seared Ahi Tuna en Brochette.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate juice Add to list
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger Add to list
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce Add to list
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar Add to list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce Add to list
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste (or to taste) Add to list
Preparation
In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients and boil to reduce to the consistency of maple syrup.
