Peach or Mango Sorbet
Serves: 2-4

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (1 1/2 cups) frozen peaches or mangoes Add to list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice Add to list
- 1/2 cup coconut milk Add to list
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup Add to list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla Add to list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeño pepper, optional Add to list
Preparation
In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
