Peach Ice Cream Floats
A perfect summertime treat, juicy peaches are paired with vanilla ice cream and a hint of fresh basil.
Mix peaches and honey in a bowl; let sit until liquid is released and honey dissolved, about 15 minutes. Transfer peaches and juice to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
Divide peach mixture between 4 tall glasses. Top with a scoop of ice cream and ginger ale; sprinkle with basil. Serve with a spoon and straw.
